I bill DME and with the competitive bidding there are different modifiers to indicate if an item is in the bid , not, or both. Is anybody else getting a different answer just about every time of when to bill the KE or KY or no modifier on the accessories for the complex rehab items? Like the K0005, E1161 and power K0849, K0861's. I am in Florida.
