Hi, Does anyone have a copy of the January 2001 Volume 1 issue of the CPT Assistant and if so could you please forward me a copy. Did you ever receive a copy of the CPT issue you requested? If you did would you mind sending me a copy. I am going crazy tring to get these paid. Humana in particular continues to deny 63047 when billed with the fusions. My fax is 513-961-1912, attn: Charlena. THANKS!!!
