Our pt is receiving a chemotherapy drug J9303 and the administration that is being billed is 96413 for the 1st hour, and 96367 for the additional hour. The claim is rejecting for this drug code cannot be billed with this administration code. Does anybody bill this J code, and how do they bill it?

Any help would be appreciated...
