Is anyone getting denials from Medi-cal on J2783 Rasburicase or Elitek? Per MCal, they are stating it's an invalid code and not allowed. We have been unable to obtain feedback for them allowing an unlisted code, so it currently appears to be a non-covered service. Anyone else coming across this?
