Hi
The pt received an injection of J0561 in both the right and the left glute. How should I bill for this with best reimbursement? I have read the administration 96372 should be billed twice with a -59 modifier appended to one of them. Should I also use a LT and RT modifier? Would I bill J0561 twice with a -59 modifier as well appended to one of them and would I also use a LT/RT modifier?
