Doctor has documented LipiScan with IVUS in stent procedure as combination catheter. Is LipiScan bundled with IVUS 92978?

I don't have any direct experience with the Lipiscan (as my docs have not utilized it yet) but reading up on it, it seems like you would bill the 0205T over the 92978. Since the Lipiscan is infared, I would think you can't bill both, one or the other. Have you ck'd CCI?

I looked at it and it shows that 92978/0205T are NOT allowed to be billed together.

My two cents. LOL
