You wouldn't. The interpretation and report are included in the placement. If one doctor places the filter and another does the interpretation and report, one of them will have to bill the service and pay the other.
If your doctor is doing an interpretation just because your hospital wants a separate report by the radiologist, even though the surgeon who placed the filter has already documented the procedure, then the radiologist needs to talk to the hospital about payment for the administrative chore.
