Hello all - I have an OP report where my CT surgeon isolated the bilateral superior and inferior pulmonary veins during CABG surgery using cryoablation. I normally bill 33259 when the ablation involves the atria but have not encountered the ablation of pulmonary veins themselves. Can I bill the 33259 in this circumstance?

We use 33257 and only use 33259 if the annulus is also involved.
