Hi,
Does Medicaid reimburse for L0637 - I am having some problems with reimbursement, I thought all HCPCS codes were reimbursable through Medicaid and Medicare?

Check the state Medicaid Fee schedules to see if the code is reimbursable on the fee schedule and also what type of Medicaid coverage the individual has.
