We have been using code 19380 for our breast reconstruction fat grafting for a long time. Is the new code 15771 taking it's place?

If fat grafting is the sole method of reconstruction use 19366 for the first injection as per CPT Assist Dec 2011

If the patient is coming in for a revision you now use 15771/15772 as per CPT Assist April 2020
