What CPT(s)? Physician gave me 10180.
Description of Procedure: ...Dissection was carried down to the subcutaneous tissue, after which a mass like structure was encountered, which was filled with blood-tinged serosanguineous fluid, did not appear to be purulent. This capsular area was removed. Following down to the patella, multiple nonabsorbable sutures were then removed without significant difficulty.
Diagnosis is Right Knee Phlegmon and right knee pain.
Any suggestions? I'm looking at 27310 maybe? Thank you,
