I would code 10060 or 10061, which is for a cutaneous or subcutaneous abscess. 27603 is for a deep abscess. The report states it was walled off superficially and does not refer to any deeper structures than subcutaneous tissue. There is a huge difference in RVU between 10060/10061 vs 27603, so keep that in mind when going back and forth on code selection.
