Hi -

So I have a case where the patient has a multi-component IPP. One component - one of the two cylinders - got infected and was removed in April of this year. Once the patient healed, he wanted it replaced, which was done yesterday - again, the single cylinder. I did 54406 mod-52 for the removal, so would this be a 54405 with mod 52 to put a new one in?
