Hi,
Does anyone have any clues how to code for this:

The patient was brought to fluoroscopy. Under fluoroscopy a small amount of Omipaque was injected throught the catheter. Flow was brisk. The tip was clearly seen at the SVC/right atrum junction. The catheter was then flushed with saline and the patient returned to her room in good condition.
