Can someone help me?? I am coding an outpatient surgical procedure and, during the procedure, there was a dural tear. Which, obviously, had to be repaired. Is this repair inclusive in the surgical procedure or do I need to code an additional procedure? This is done at a facility on an outpatient basis. Thanks for any help you can provide.
