Can I bill CPT code 37247 with 36902?
 
AAPC Coder NCCI Edit Checker states that yes, you can bill CPT 37247 with CPT 36902, however, 36902 is a column 2 code for 37247 so the use of a modifier is allowed with 36902 in order to differentiate between the services provided.
