I have a doctor that performed a Angioplasty and then the pt crashed.

"acute cardiogen shock with hypotension requiring CPS and cardioplumonary support with fem-fem bypass"

Is this 33960?

I'm not sure how to code this part???

33960 is similiar to CPB but modified for prolonged (days to weeks) use at the bedside.

What about 92950? See if that is a better code for your situation.
