A 5 month old baby was brought into the ER with purple hands and feet. Turns out the parents had her outside in the cold. Anyway, final dx is Intermittent peripheral vasoconstriction. How would you code that?
Thanks in advance!

I'm coming up with 443.9 but I don't like it based on your scenario.

This may be a bit off but 991.8 and E988.3 seem more appropriate to me.
