Hello, I have a charge for a placement of an initial jejunostomy tube without flouroscopy.
Placement through the abdomen to the ligament of Treitz secured with a purse string
end catheter was brought out through a stab incision upper quadrant and attached to skin.
All I could find is an unlisted procedure.
Any one have any other suggestions.

I looked at CMS NCCI policy couldn't find anything on this nor my goggle search. I might consider using a modifier 52 with 49441.
