Good morning.. I wanted to get some feedback on this procedure. We have a few different outcomes on the injection of the dye into the seminal vesicles and I wanted to see what you thought. :) Some of the coders came up with 52000, 76872, 74440 and another one for 52010, 76872, 74440.

Thanks in advance...

Procedure Name:
1. Cystoscopy
2. Prostate ultrasound
3. Injection of dye into seminal vesicles
4. Left spermatic cord block.

Procedure Description:
After informed consent was received patient was brought to the operating room and placed in a supine position. Anesthesia was induced. Patient was placed in a dorsal lithotomy position and genitals were prepped and drapped in a standard fashion. Appropriate time out was performed.
Cystoscopy was inserted into the urethra. Urethra was unremarkable. Prostate with no significant enlargement. Once inside the bladder we surveyed the bladder with 30 and 70 degree lens. There were no abnormal papillary or mucosal lesions identified.

Ultrasound mapping of the prostate was performed. No obvious abnormalities noted on ultrasound of the prostate. Prostate was measured at *24cc. Seminal vesicles measure (R: 1.1, L: 0.7). Spinal needle inserted into SV's and indigo carmine (diluted) injected. Right side with good flow in cystoscopy through ejaculatory ducts. Left side with evacuation of debris before it flowed. Both ducts appear patent.
