We are doing a drug infusion with a disposable infusion pump, can we bill for the Admin kit A4223, supply kit A4221 and the drug? If use an external infusion Prizm pump, we can bill for the Admin kit A4222, Supply kit A4221, the pump E0781KR, and the drug. Just need to verify that we are billing the correct Administration code. Thank you.
 
Pump billing

E0781 and the Acode are billed (to DMERC for MDCR patients) with POS 12 HOME, along with your drug.
The admin code would be 96416 or 96521 from you clinic.
