Wiki Inferior Pubis Ramus Fracture Dx Code

Hello,

There's some discussion in my office going on how to code a Left Inferior Pubis Ramus Fracture, displaced. I have come up with S32.592A, which is other specified fracture of left pubis, initial encounter for closed fracture. I went straight to the index to come up with that code.
The other coder in the office, has said that since the inferior pubis ramus is part of the ischium, she thinks it should be S32.602A.

Any thoughts/opinions./guidance would be most appreciated.

you are correct plus your code is more specific and that is how it paths out in an encoder
