Diagnosis is Left ring finger PIP joint infection. I need help with the CPT. Maybe 26080?

Description of Procedure:.... The dorsal aspect of the PIP joint was identified and a longitudinal incision was used to expose the joint. The draining area was included in this incision. The area was cultured. The joint was then thoroughly debrided of all abnormal appearing tissues which appeared either gouty tophi or calcification. No further abnormalities were noted.
Thank you,
