Patient is status post kidney transplant, and is being immunosuppressed. How is immunosuppression coded, in this instance? It's not a deficiency in the immune system. Rather, it's intentional suppression to deter organ rejection. Not sure how to handle this funness. Appreciate any guidance offered.

I use Z79.899 other long term current drug therapy
There is code Z92.25 for personal history of immunosuppression but the exculdes note specifically states "excludes long term (current) drug therapy" so the above code is as good at it is going to get IMHO
