I know this should be an easy procedure to code, but I am looking for a CPT for Release of rt arm intersection. The dr states that he did a muscle decompression in the radial side of the forearm. I'm only coming up with an unlisted code 25999.
Any help out there? Please feel free to throw in your 2 cents worth to help out a fellow coder.
