What CPT code would I use in this case?

The area of the ileal conduit ostomy was exposed by removing her appliance. Digital manipulation showed that admitted small finger with no difficulty. 16 French catheter was inserted. 3-4 cc of water was put in the balloon. Her ostomy appliance was replaced with the catheter draining into the bag.

I understand that if a cysto and stent were placed, we can use 52332. But what about this?

Since the ileal conduit represent a substitute bladder, according to CPT rules bill as it was a bladder with CPT code 51702.
