Wiki Icd9/icd10 for cp angle spasm

Icd9 does not have a specific dx code for cerebellar pontine angle spasm, refers me to muscle spasm which my physician disagrees with. Any ideas? Just for kicks i tried to find the icd10 for the same dx but came up empty.

What are your thoughts?

MP - malignant primary
MS - malignant secondary
B - benign
U - uncertain
UB - unspecified behavior
 
cerebellar pontine angle spasm is a hemifacial Spasm Caused by Epidermoid Tumor at Cerebello Pontine Angle. So if the spasm is what you are wanting then go hemifacial spasm, if the tumor is what you want to code then you will need more information.
