I need help ICD 10 diagnosis for ' Trip at Workplace'? please advise.

This isn't a diagnosis, it's an external cause - you could use W18.40XA for the trip and Y92.9/Y93.9/Y99.0 to indicate the workplace if this is all you have, but you would still need a diagnosis for your first sequenced code (e.g. bruise, laceration, fracture, pain, etc.). 'Trip at workplace' isn't sufficient by itself to completely code an encounter.

Sorry, I mean additional External Diagnosis. Yeas I do have 'Sprain to left ankle diagnosis' but honestly I want a specific one for Place of Occurrence for a workplace because not liking the description of Y92.89.any idea?
