I know there is software out there to help convert Snomed codes into ICD-10 codes. Does anyone know of an automated service or method that does the reverse? To go from ICD-10 to Snomed?
 
Hello, my EMR (Eclinicals) is giving updated SNOMED numbers corresponding to N18.31 and N18.32, but not to N18.30. If you are able and would be so kind, could you tell me if it brings up a corresponding SNOMED with the exact wording. So far, this has happened with two new (10/1/2020) ICD 10 codes: N18.30 and E09.311 that both happen to have "unspecified" in the description. Thanks for reading this.
N18.30 Chronic kidney disease, stage 3 unspecified
E09.311 Drug or chemical induced diabetes mellitus with unspecified diabetic retinopathy with macular edema
