Wiki ICD-10 Exclude/Code Additional coding

Hi,

Does anyone know of an Excel spreadsheet that lists the excludes and code additional codes with any given code? Thank you!

Shouldn't that info be in the ICD-10 book at each section and subsection and above some codes already? Have you looked?

There is a pdf of the indices, tables, and tabular that can be down loaded from CMS, the tabular has 1593 pages, and about 3 Excludes notes per page, quit a task to produce an Excel list of Excludes. It doesn't take long to get proficient with using the Finder in Adobe Reader, and sometimes using the pdf files can be helpful when trying to find something unusual, however using the book is often just as efficient.

Thanks for the responses. I'm really familiar with the book. I was hoping to find an Excel file because my company customizes an EHR and we are building an ICD10 solution. Looking for that "easy button"
