Hi -

I've been trying to find an ICD-10 code for Umbilical Pilondial Sinus and a CPT code for Resection of the Umbilical Pilonidal Sinus. Can anyone help me? I have looked everywhere, even on google.

What other information do you have? What CPT code are you planning on billing? What have you tried looking up in your ICD-10 book? And, are you sure it's a resection?

danskangel313 - I don't have any further information or a CPT code yet. I have looked on google and in the CPT book
Ajesh Kuriakose - I looked at that code as well, it was the closet one to what I needed, thank you. I will present that to my doctor and see if he agrees
 
Pilonidal inus isn't site specific code, so I would have to code that. If it had turned to a fistula, I could give a site specific code.
