Wiki ICD-10 code for Thyroid FNA

Hello,

What ICD-10 code would you use for a thyroid FNA of a nodule that has the final diagnosis of "Follicular lesion of undetermined significance"? Would you code it as E04.1 or something else?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm leaning on E07.9. The diagnosis isn't necessarily indicating that this is a neoplasm.
