May I ask what is the difference with the use between code range Y70-Y82 and Y83-84? Thanks so much.
 
Per the Excludes notes the difference is whether it was with or without malfunction or breakdown

Y70-Y82 - breakdown or malfunction of medical devices (during use) (after implantation) (ongoing use)

Y83-Y84 - later complications following use of medical devices without breakdown or malfunctioning of device
