How would you code tongue lesion? and why?
 
i would use 41110 without closesure this indicating that the wound is small enough to leave open without sutuing.

or 41112 is the front of the tongue
or 41113 is back of the tongue both with suture closure
or 41114 is with a small flap of the tongue used to close wound
