A 2 cm diameter subcutaneous compressible cystic lesion was excised superficial to the perineal body with electrocautery.
 
I would check the pathology. If it is skin/subcutaneous tissue I would use the 11422 but if it is anything else I would look in the 4----- section (code will depend on what it is - papilla? tag? condyloma? etc)
