Hello, I need some guidance in coding this procedure. Provider does a wedge resection with ablation on 4 different toenails. I was told to code 11730 and 11765 with digit modifiers and XS? Not sure if you could bill those codes together too? If it also helps, patient has Aetna insurance.
I have read and heard different opinions and I would appreciate the help on this. Thank you so much!
