I have no experience billing for home visits and we have a provider (pediatrics) that would like to do well checks on our patients in their home during this pandemic. Do I still bill the well child codes (99391-99395) with POS as 12 or use the home visit codes (99347-99350)? We want to make sure that insurances know that this is their annual well check. Thanks!!
