Please tell me the difference between the 95800 code and G0398. Can they both be POS 12? What about two night sleep studies?

i have bee reading on this G0398 would be billed for the machine/set up/education to the patient with place of service 12 - the date of service is the date the machine was set up. Then 95800 would be billed for the interperation when the patient brings back the machine with modifier 26 - the POS would be 11 and the date of service is the date the provider reads.
