I am wondering how to code attaching and removing a Holter monitor in a Primary Care office. The report is sent to an outside company who delivers the results to us, but our providers interpret the report and follow up with the patient. Our office has been using 93228 for this, but that is what the outside company bills and we are not getting any payments for this.
