How would one code a person visiting for a hematology workup due to history of stillbirths. She had two miscarriages respectively at 24 and 25 weeks. N96 covers recurrent pregnancy loss of nonviable fetus....IS that accurate enough? Then there is also Z87.59Personal history of other compliactions of pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium? Neither seems quite right to me?
