Right Hip Intra-articular cortisone injection - 20610
Right Hip Trochanteric Bursa Injection - 20610
Right Hip manipulation - 77071 (not a payable code per contract for our ASC with the patients insurance)

These are the two injection that were done under anesthesia at our ASC by one of our physicians. I billed 20610 x2 to the patients insurance. Patient's insurance paid for both injections. Am I wrong for billing two injections for the Right Hip. Should I have only billed one injection?
