I wasnt sure if the provider does the hip injection with both u/s guidance and fluoro guidance what cpt codes i exactly should use

do i use only 20611 because 77002 bundles with this?

Code it as U/S guidance for hip injection, just code the higher imaging guidance.

The descriptor specifies ultrasound guidance rather than image guidance or a similar generic term, but be prepared to show the flouro was medically necessary.
