Hi:

My doctor have performed aspiration of fluid from the femoral as well as acetabular component of the right hip joint(prosthetic) in the same session but using different guidance,

1.aspiration of femoral component using ultrasound guidance and
2.aspiration of acetabular component using fluoroscopic guidance.

Can we code this as 20611, 20610-59 and 77002-26.

Please advice.

Based on your description...20611, 26010-59, 77002-59-26
The 77002 shouldn't be billed with 20611 so a -59 mod is needed because it can be billed with 20610.
