I'm curious what does he mean by "High Risk medical management"? Wouldn't that be like a level 5 E&M? Is this in clinic or somewhere else like hospital? I'm curious what type of scenario he's meaning.

I got the question second hand, but I believe it is in a clinic setting. I would think it would be a high EM also, but thought that maybe I was missing something.
