Would 37233 ectomy/plasty rank lower or higher than 37234 stent/plasty?

Hi! I am not clear on what you are asking but these are add on codes. Stent always precedes over the atherectomy!
Here is a little info: Per AMA directive the anterior tibial, posterior tibial, and peroneal are separate vessels in the tibial/peroneal territory. Code the "Inital vessel" once and "each additional vessel" x2 for maximum of THREE vessels.
Note that proc 37231 is stent AND atherectomy. If the pt has just a stent it would be 37230.
There is alot of variations to this, so I hope this helps!
