Is there a code for hepatic venous wedge pressure recording WITHOUT a concommitant venography? My doctor did a RHC, then; "The catheter was placed into the hepatic system and a hepatic wedge pressure was performed. The catheter was then removed."

I was looking at 36011 with 75889, but I don't believe that is correct since he did not do venography.
