Can someone please help me code this case:
1. iliac-femoral artery exposure
2. redo-dissection/ scar tissue takedown

Can you post the actual report, less HPI information, that would be most helpful?

Going off what you listed the codes could be: 34201 & 27602 or 35372 & 35351 & 27602 (No NCCI bundle with 35372/35351/27602).
