Does anyone have a CPT and/or ICD code for a Chondrolaryngoplasty procedure????
 
Have you looked at cpt 31599? For diagnosis - if gender identity disorder then 302.85 and you'll need an additional diagnosis for status. If cosmetic then V50.1. Hope this helps.
