A plastic duck billed cannula was inserted. The previously abnormal cervical mucosa was delineated by colposcopy was now excised with the help of a loop electrode. A conical piece of cervical tissue was obtained and sent for pathology. Minimal bleeding was noted, which was easily controlled with coagulocautery and Monsels.

Would this be coded as 57461 or 57460?
