Could anyone tell me if 11056 Trim skin lesions or 11721 debride nail, fall under the "Other low risk testing or treatment" or "Minor surgery with no identified risk factors" or "Other moderate risk testing or treatment" categories?
 
I usually do those codes as minor surgery with no identified risk factors. Not saying I'm right but to me it just fits better. :-)
